GENERAL INFORMATION

FEE

$75.00 Arts & Crafts - $150.00 Commercial per space for three day event, Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday.
Each space is 10 feet by 10 feet. If you require more space, you may rent two or more spaces. Below is a map with spaces marked.

Application Deadline and Mailing

Applications must be received with full payment by May 21
Any applications received after May 21 must be paid by money order or cash
First choice spaces and limited electric availability are on a first paid basis
No refunds after acceptance of application

Guidelines

Do not begin set up until you have checked in with Betsy Lee.
Set up only prior to festival times.
You must provide your own tent, tables, chairs and outdoor extension cord.
Bedford Historical Society is not responsible for loss or damage.
No animals or pets are permitted on the Bedford Commons.
