A CELEBRATION of SEUSS

Our annual Dr. Seuss Birthday Celebration is set for Saturday, February 26 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Join the BHS&M Education Department and our Volunteer Corp as we let our inner Seuss loose and celebrate the legendary author’s birthday in the lower Community Hall at the Old Church on the Commons, 750 Broadway Avenue in Bedford.

This special event will include simple Seuss activities, crafts, party games, treats and the reading of Seuss classics. The event is designed for families with children 10 years old and younger. Children must be accompanied by a parent or an adult guardian (18-years or older). Admission is FREE to all Whos, big and small. Charitable donations are always appreciated.

Please consider that parking at the Old Church is limited. Added parking is available along Broadway Avenue or in the city lot behind the train depot on the City Commons.

Volunteers are always welcome and are necessary for the any events success! If you enjoy working with children and their families, planning parties, like to bake, or enjoy reading aloud, please contact Louise Novak (novak.louise@gmail.com) or call 440-232-0796 to discuss volunteer opportunities.

This special event is looking for a corporate sponsor. If interested contact the Bedford Township Heritage Center, 30 South Park Street, PO Box 46282, Bedford, OH 44146 or call 440-232-0796.
